Return Policy for Nysa Jewels & Co 

At Nysa Jewels & Co, we offer a customer-friendly return and exchange policy designed to ensure your satisfaction. Here are the key details: 

Return Policy 

  • Duration: You have 2 days to return products. 
  • Damaged or Tampered Deliveries: If you receive a product in poor condition or if the packaging is damaged, please refuse the package and return it to the delivery person. Notify us immediately at contact@nysejewels.co , including your Order ID. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost. 

Important Notes 

Unboxing Video: Please ensure you record a video while unboxing your package. This is essential for addressing any issues, such as damage or missing items, when you submit your return or exchange request. Thank you for your cooperation! 

Luxury Sets: For luxury sets, returns or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery due to their handcrafted nature. 

Free Gifts: If an order is returned, any accompanying free gifts must also be returned. 

In-Store Returns: If you prefer to return or exchange a product in-store, please make a prior appointment. 

Promotional Offers: For promotions like Buy 2 Get 1 Free, all three products must be returned if you wish to return one. 

Pickup Policy: If you’re unable to provide the product during the scheduled pickup, you will need to self-ship the item. 

Additional Guidelines 

  • Return requests will only be accepted through your account. We do not accept returns via email, social media, or phone. 

  • If you ordered multiple products and wish to return part of your order, the refund will be calculated based on applicable discounts. 

  • If you cannot return the item within the designated time frame after raising a return request, only a credit note will be issued, not a refund. 

  • Always obtain a receipt (physical or digital) when handing over the product for return. This is crucial in case of a lost shipment. 

  • Refunds will be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back at our warehouse in Pune. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange: 

  • Items that show physical damage. 

  • Requests made after 48 hours of receiving the shipment. 

  • Customized products. 

  • For special offers like Buy 1 Get 1 Free, the entire order must be returned. 

Missing Items 

If you claim that a product is missing from your order, it’s essential to provide an unboxing video. Without this, we cannot investigate the issue. 

Please note that discounts do not apply to exchange orders.
